Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy To provide the best experience for all clients and protect appointment availability, please review the following policy: 1. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. 2. Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance of your scheduled time. • Cancellations made within this window will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • A new deposit will be required to book future appointments. 3. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. • Future bookings may be declined or require full prepayment. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. • If rescheduling is necessary, your deposit may be forfeited. 5. Same-Day Changes Same-day cancellations or rescheduling requests are treated as late cancellations and will result in loss of deposit. 6. Emergency Situations I understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at my discretion for true emergencies. 7. Card on File A valid card may be required to remain on file to enforce this policy.
